Long working hours, constant deadlines, crowded subways packed like sardines, and the feeling of being stuck in a loop, these illustrations are my colorful take on the routine loneliness of living abroad.
In my mid-twenties, I faced countless questions about where my life was heading. That strange sensation of not feeling well, yet forcing myself to keep going because I was “living the dream,” inspired me to illustrate what life abroad can sometimes really feel like — far from home, and far from yourself.
